Export Regulations.
Night Vision and Thermal Imaging Equipment in general is subject to export control. Please consult your Local and Federal Government Authorities prior further shipment of Controlled Merchandise.
General Starlight Company can assist in obtaining needed Export documents, however under NO circumstances will illegally export or ship it’s products without fully approved Export documents.
Further more, General Starlight Company dismisses any liabilities, claims or accusations if it’s equipment is found in certain places without proper Export documentation.
*Export of NV/TI Equipment to USA is not controlled by Canadian Authorities.
